In order to realise your packaging ideas in an efficient and environmentally friendly way, we design customised packaging solutions

Feasibility check

We check the feasibility of your cardboard packaging. We will let you know if 1-2 mm means better machine utilisation or if alternative material seems more sensible.

Own pattern shop

We would be happy to provide you with white samples for your project and convince you of our quality.

CAD specialists

Our trained packaging technologists create and modify CAD drawings down to the smallest detail. We have access to all past productions in our data archive.

2. PRINTING

Colours made
out of possibilities

We print in high resolution on our 5-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 105 in a maximum sheet format of 1050 x 750 mm.

5 inking units / 1 coating unit

The 5 inking units can be freely assigned and print in a row in one pass. They do not all have to be assigned. Aqueous coatings, UV coatings and special coatings can be applied inline via the coating unit.

Special colours

All common colour systems can be reproduced with absolute colour fidelity according to standardised processes: Pantone, HKS, RAL, etc. Printing colours can be adapted to existing products on request.

Print finishing in-house and with long-standing partners offers a very wide range of options for setting accents and creating something special.

Optimised workflow

An optimised workflow and energy efficiency were the basis for the new construction of our production facilities right from the planning stage. (In collaboration with the Fraunhofer Project Group for Process Innovation at the University of Bayreuth).

We understand that not all packaging falls into a strict category of fully automated or handmade. Therefore, we also offer a wide range of intermediate solutions. This enables us to develop customised approaches that are tailored precisely to the requirements of your packaging.
