Materials: Corrugated cardboard

1st shaft position

The corrugated board is named after the brown corrugated layer made from an average of 80 % recycled waste paper and 20 % virgin fibres from wood.

2. interior ceiling

A smooth sheet of paper in brown or white is glued on one side (inner ceiling).

3. outer ceiling

The second side is also covered with a smooth sheet of paper in brown or white (outer cover).

4. printed outer cover

The outer cover can also be covered with printed and/or finished Korsnäs lamination board.

5. double wall corrugated board

Second corrugated layers and a smooth intermediate track. Different types of corrugation can be combined.

6. triple wall corrugated board

Three corrugated layers and two smooth intermediate tracks. Different types of corrugation can be combined.

Wave types

The dimension between two shaft peaks (Shaft pitch t) and the dimension between the wave trough and the wave tip (Shaft height h) are variable values.

A-wave (coarse wave)
t: 7.9 - 10.0 mm, h: 4.0 - 5.0 mm

C-wave (Medium wave) 
t: 6.5 - 7.9 mm, h: 3.1 - 4.0 mm

B-wave (fine wave)
t: 4.8 - 6.5 mm, h: 2.2 - 3.1 mm

D-wave (fine wave)
t: 3.5 - 4.8 mm, h: 1.9 - 2.2 mm

E-shaft (ultra-fine wave/microwave)
t: 2.6 - 3.5 mm, h: 1.0 - 1.9 mm

F-wave (microwave)
t: 1.8 - 2.6 mm, h: 0.6 - 1.0 mm

EB wave (twin-wall)
