Slip lid carton: What is an SDK?

Components:

A Slip lid carton (SDK) consists of a Lower part (UT) and a separate Lid (D). The lid is slightly larger and can be slipped over the base to close it.

Component 1: Cardboard

We use 1-2 mm thick cardboard as the base material. It is die-cut and erected.

Component 2: Coating paper

The cover paper determines the appearance of the slip lid cartons. It is die-cut and pulled over the cardboard with special adhesive. The edges are folded in.
